Entertainment Guide Vouchers
Applies to standard fares and in accordance with terms on the voucher. Before using the voucher please check it is not expired, purchase the required journey[s]required online and pay the normal fare. Please post the original voucher and the 4 character booking reference to PO BOX 349 Paraparaumu. Refund of the discount will be made to the original credit card on the next business day.

Self help on the myair2there section of the website is recommended otherwise please call between 9 am and 5 pm daily. Changes to bookings are made by cancelling which creates a credit and then rebooking, this is best done online by the customer using the username and password printed on the booking itinerary.
