Entertainment Guide Vouchers
To use the vouchers please check first that they are not expired then purchase the journey you want online paying the normal fare.
Please post to PO BOX 349, Paraparaumu; the original voucher, the booking reference and the missing two groups of 4 credit card digits
[To determine the missing digits check the X marks in the credit card detail on your itinerary receipt section ].
Refund of the discount will be made to the original credit card account on the next business day after receipt.
Caution - do not post the whole credit card number or any other information on the card, just the missing numbers are required.

Telephone bookings incur a charge of $35.

Telephone assistance is available at no charge.
Please note that after hours we can't make changes or correct errors customers have made in bookings.
Self help on the myair2there section of the website is recommended otherwise please call between 9 am and 5 pm daily.
Changes to bookings are made by cancelling and rebooking, this is best done online by the customer using the username and password printed on the booking itinerary. Conditions apply.
